1. DELIVERY AREA
Deliveries are currently available only within , Datia, Madhya Pradesh. Orders
with addresses outside the serviceable zone may be cancelled.

2. DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges depend on distance, restaurant location, order value, and active promotions.
The exact delivery charge is displayed before payment.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Typical delivery time is 30–60 minutes. Actual time depends on restaurant preparation, distance,
weather, and traffic. Displayed times are estimates only.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION FLOW
- After you place an order, our team confirms item availability with the restaurant (usually
 within 2 minutes).
- Once confirmed, a delivery partner is assigned for pickup and delivery.

5. FAILED / UNDELIVERED ORDERS
An order may be treated as failed if:
- The customer is unreachable on the provided number.
- An incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
- The customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason.
- No one is available at the delivery location.
Refund eligibility in such cases is governed by the Return & Refund Policy. For prepaid orders,
food may be discarded and refunds may be denied where the fault lies with the customer.

6. DELIVERY CONDUCT
Delivery partners deliver to the address provided. Customers must treat delivery partners
respectfully and may be asked to verify an OTP or order details on delivery.
